UAB InnoForce processes personal data in a lawful and honest manner, based on the goals set. Personal data is processed only after a proper consent is received and in a way to make it secure, confidential and properly protected.
UAB InnoForce complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR), the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, and other legal acts that set out the requirements for processing personal data.
This Privacy Policy is applicable to all persons visiting our website, sending a request for service or purchase of the products of the represented manufacturers, sending their data to us in a form of CV and submitting their data when signing service agreements.

1.1. UAB InnoForce manages the personal data obtained in the following ways:
1.1.1. Upon receipt of your CV, motivational letters, recommendations sent to UAB Innoforce by e-mail or other communication means. Also, when communicating live or by phone regarding a specific job position;
1.1.2. Upon request to UAB InnoForce for purchase of distributed solutions, services or consultations;

Certain information (e.g., web address, device used, web browser, number of visits, pages viewed on the website, time spent on the website, websites visited before visiting UAB InnoForce site) are automatically collected with the use of Google analytics. These are statistics that allow understand the flows of visitors to the UAB InnoForce website and to analyze such information;
1.1.4. When personal data is received from other persons in accordance with legal acts and / or this Privacy Policy.
1.2. If necessary, UAB InnoForce may use more sources available to check the information about you, e.g., when applying for a specific job position, or upon request for the purchase of a particular solution, service or consultation.
Purposes of processing personal data
2.1. UAB InnoForce processes your personal data for the following purposes:
2.1.1. For the purpose of service provision. UAB InnoForce manages personal data to provide quality services to its clients: SAP application deployment / customization, application development / SAP / HANA / JAVA, information system maintenance, SAP license sale, Sailpoint license sale and installation, DELL EMC equipment sales and installation, consulting services.
For this purpose, we process your personal data received from you (e.g., data submitted in your request, data collected during communication, etc.) and collected while visiting our websites, and / or received from others (e.g., social networks, media, etc.).
For this purpose, your data is provided and / or transferred to UAB InnoForce partners with whom we cooperate in providing the above-mentioned services. Partners are also acting as your personal data controllers. UAB InnoForce does not transfer more of your personal data than it manages on the basis of this Privacy Policy. UAB InnoForce has concluded agreements with its partners, under which both parties undertake to protect your personal data.
For this purpose, UAB InnoForce stores your data for 2 years from the date of your consent to collect and manage personal data (queries, CV, etc.) or for 2 years from the date of termination of the contractual obligations.
2.1.2. For the purpose of technology development. UAB InnoForce manages personal data for the development of SAP, Dell EMC and Sailpoint technologies in order to understand and evaluate your needs and expectations.

2.1.3. For the purpose of Candidate Database Administration. At the end of a particular recruitment process, for which you have submitted your data to, we manage your personal data so that we can offer you future job and career opportunities, match the needs of our clients by providing suitable candidates, select, assess, and present them to the employer.
In this case, for managing personal data, transferring it to other persons and storing it, the same terms apply as for the purpose of service provision.
2.1.4. For the purpose of employees’ activities management. As far as we are required or permitted by law, we manage the personal data of our employees. Personal data of our employees is managed in accordance with the procedure established in the personal data storage policy of UAB InnoForce and in the description of its implementation.
2.1.5. For the purpose of website development and to offer you better and more tailored services. We use your personal data, including personal data received from you through the website of UAB InnoForce, in order to improve and develop the website and offer you better and more tailored services. For this purpose, UAB InnoForce uses your personal data received directly from you, received through our websites and received from other persons.

From its partners UAB InnoForce requires that your data is processed only in accordance with the instructions given by UAB InnoForce and with the valid legal acts ensuring your data protection. Ways of storing your personal data
6.1. Data collected from you by UAB InnoForce will remain in the territory of the European Union but may be transferred or stored outside the EU. It can also be handled by UAB InnoForce or our partner / supplier personnel outside the EU. 7.1. When handling personal data, UAB InnoForce ensures your rights under GDPR and the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania. As a personal data subject, your rights are the following:
7.1.1. to know (be informed) about the processing of your personal data;
7.1.2. to get acquainted with your personal data that is managed by UAB InnoForce;
7.1.3. to require rectification, supplementation or adjustment of incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete personal data;
7.1.4. to require the destruction of personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected;
7.1.5. to require the destruction of personal data if it is processed illegally or when you withdraw or refuse to consent to the processing of personal data, which is necessary;
7.1.6. to disagree with the processing of personal data or withhold previously given consent;
7.1.7. to require suspension (except storage) of your personal data processing in case of disputes or need to verify the lawfulness of data processing, accuracy of data, as well as in cases when UAB InnoForce no longer needs your personal data, but you do not want UAB InnoForce to destroy it;
7.1.8. to request, if technically possible, your personal data collected in accordance with your consent or for the purpose of performance of the contract in an easily readable format or to request that it is forwarded to another controller.
7.2. UAB InnoForce will endeavor to guarantee the implementation of your rights as a personal data subject and to create all the conditions for the effective implementation of these rights, however, UAB InnoForce reserves the right not to fulfill your requirements when it comes to ensuring:
7.2.1. fulfillment of legal obligations established by UAB InnoForce;
7.2.2. State security or defense;
7.2.3. public order, prevention, investigation, detection or prosecution of criminal offenses;
7.2.4. important economic or financial interests of the State;
7.2.5. prevention, investigation and detection of violations of official or professional ethics;
7.2.6. protecting the rights and freedoms of you or others.
7.3. You may make personal claims to UAB InnoForce in connection with the implementation of your rights, by post or by electronic means. Upon receipt of your request, UAB InnoForce may ask for proof of identity, as well as for any additional relevant information related to the request.
7.4. Upon receipt of your request, UAB InnoForce will reply to you no later than within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your claim and submission of all the documents required for the response.
7.5. If UAB InnoForce considers it necessary, it will suspend the processing of your data, except storage, until your request is resolved. Upon the lawful cancellation of your consent, UAB InnoForce will terminate your personal data processing activities immediately, but not later than within 30 calendar days, except in the cases provided in paragraph 8.2 of this Privacy Policy and legal acts, i.e. when UAB InnoForce is obliged to continue processing your data in accordance with applicable legal acts, legal decisions, court rulings or mandatory instructions given by the authorities.
7.6. Upon refusal to execute your claim, UAB InnoForce will clearly state the grounds for such refusal.
7.7. If you do not agree with the actions or response of UAB InnoForce to your application, you may complain to the competent state authority about actions and decisions of UAB InnoForce.
