The Customs Control Committee under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan implements the customs policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Committee manages the collection of taxes on goods crossing the border, controls the movement of restricted and prohibited goods across borders, prevents and investigates violations of customs legislation and carries out other activities assigned to it by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
