Development and maintenance of financial management and accounting information system (FMS)

The Financial Management and Accounting Information System (based on SAP ERP) incorporates the financial management and accounting functionality of the Compulsory Health Insurance Fund Administration Institutions (National Health Insurance fund and Territorial Health Insurance Funds), and the accounting functionality of the Compulsory Health Insurance Fund, enabling accounting in accordance with Public Sector Accounting and Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). It is one of the largest public sector financial management systems in Lithuania, which manages the mandatory health insurance fund of more than € 1 billion. During the project, FMS activity monitoring and continuous operation was implemented, the functionality of the financial management and accounting information system was developed, the implementation of new integrative interfaces with the internal and external information systems was carried out.
