The project is implemented for the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Recommendations concerning the improvement of the process of forming and calculating key performance indicators were developed during the implementation of this project. Furthermore, methodical and software management tools for strategic planning that are based on international practise have been provided.
The main goals of this project:
- Ensuring efficiency and transparency in strategic planning and management;
- Eliminating duplicative functions;
- Improving the productivity of units responsible for strategic planning of the budget;
- Reducing the time needed to obtain the necessary information;
- Monitoring the strategic plan.
The planning processes management system is automated by using SAP Strategy Management (SSM) and Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) modules.
