A specialized software for the US software vendor SailPoint (www.sailpoint.com) has been installed and customized to enable centralized management of more than 3,000 different user IDs and access rights to the internal and external IT systems used by the STI. The solution automates the management of access rights in the events of changing staff, out of office, unauthorized access to information or certain types of information. The solution contributes to the implementation and enforcement of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
