Internal communication and content and document management information system of The Lithuanian Customs is developed with the help of EMC Documentum technologies. During the project, our experts provided the client with the manufacturer maintenance services. As a manufacturer-certified maintenance center, InnoForce has been monitoring the operation of the information system, escalating and resolving incidents with the manufacturer’s specialists, implementing the manufacturer updates and bug fixes.
