The information system SVEIDRA is one of the main operating systems of the National Health Insurance Fund, and is used to manage the accounting of medical services paid from the Compulsory Health Insurance Fund and to control the provision of services. In the process of providing treatment services, all state-owned medical institutions, pharmacies, private orthopedic, dental, medical and health care institutions that have concluded agreements with the NHIF provide to and receive data from SVEIDRA. In addition, SVEIDRA is one of the main sources of data for the E–Health system. During the project, SVEIDRA monitoring and continuous operation services were provided, old and new functions and reports were improved. Throughout the project, 99.99% of the time the system has been operational.
