The Customs Internal Communication System is a component of the Public Information and Internal Communication subsystem of the Integrated Customs Information System. Another component of this subsystem is the Lithuanian Customs Portal. The internal communication system is dedicated to the management of internal and external document flow of the Lithuanian Customs. It is also an area of ​​cooperation and information sharing between Lithuanian Customs staff, where project management, conference management, calendar management and environmental information analysis is carried out. The internal communication system is linked to other Lithuanian customs information systems (financial management system, HR management system, e-signature system, register of legal entities), which enables automation of business processes, such as contract management, HR management, task management. During the project, continuous, stable and efficient work of the internal communications system, compliance of its functions with legal acts and operational requirements, and compatibility with other customs information systems were ensured, important additions (corrections) were made to the the system.
