During the project, Qinterra AS was provided with a wide range of IT consulting services. At that time organizational changes were taking place in the client’s company – separation of enterprises (or their subdivisions) and merging into one organization. Accordingly, it was necessary to assess what formerly used information systems can be used, which IT systems need to be changed, and respectively – into what. InnoForce experts participated in the development of a new IT architecture for the organization, assessed alternatives for choosing IT tools for financial management, supply chain management, human resource management and document management system, participated as technology experts in negotiations with a global IT service provider. Also, former IT systems were evaluated and selected for further use, and InnoForce experts oversaw relocation of the systems and business continuity.
